Full arch replacement (all on 4):
The total amount of credit would be £16,000.00, to which we would add £0.00 (0.0% p.a.). If you were to take out the loan today, you’d pay the first £1,333.37 upfront, and then 11 payments of £1,333.33 each month.
The treatment is a restorative solution for edentulous patients (total tooth loss), where only four implants can support an entire fixed prosthesis of teeth.
One arch of All-on-Four can hold up to 14 teeth, which means we can rehabilitate an entire jaw of missing teeth in just a few hours.
All-on-Four is the only permanent, fixed full-arch treatment with more than 18 years of success and has transformed millions of patients’ smiles worldwide – including a few hundred of our own here in London.
Our implant dentist, Dr Pedro Gutierres, is a leading implantologist (rare to come by) and can go through the considerations to help you understand what the process will involve before treatment begins.
Qualifying For The Revolutionary All-On Method

However, while the Teeth in a Day method is a hugely popular treatment, that does not mean that it’s always suitable for everyone
Has your dentist told you that you’re not suitable for dental implants?
Even though other dentists might have said no, we might be able to say yes!
While we’re sure your dentist is very knowledgeable and experienced, the difference with Maida is that we have specialists on-site to handle your complex case.
Our implantologist, Dr Gutierres, takes on highly complex edentulous cases and has achieved great success with patients who have previously been told ‘no.’
We are confident that we can help, even if your local dentist says you do not have enough jawbone to support an implant, with All-on-4 implantation is made possible again.
The first step:
Before booking you for the big day, we’ll invite you to our London practice in W9 to undergo an implant consultation with one of our very best surgeons.
The consultation:
One of our dentists, like Dr Pedro Gutierres, will assess your mouth to ensure you are a viable candidate for the procedure during the consultation.
If so, we will discuss the treatment in detail and highlight other comparable alternative options.
Creating your new teeth
Once you’re happy to go ahead, we will send scans to a unique laboratory, where your new custom teeth will be specially sculpted.
Patients can rely on their new set of teeth will look incredible thanks to the technicians’ high-quality materials, equipment, and skill.
The All-On-Four Procedure:
If you have any remaining teeth, Dr Pedro Gutierres will remove them and drill four holes into your jaw to implant four small titanium screws.
Dr Gutierres will then attach the posts (attachments) and secure the crown with a resin overdenture, which looks and feels just like natural teeth, just lighter.
Patients should bear in mind that this will not be the final step – even with All-on-4, we will need to wait up to six months for the implant site to heal and for the titanium screw to fuse with the surrounding bone before we make the final restoration.
That said, patients choosing to have full mouth implants with us will leave on the same day with fixed teeth. Occasionally, we may provide temporary dentures following the implant insertion.
However, you will need to take careful care of your oral condition and implants during this time. No special care is required – but the dentist will advise on the best next steps for keeping your mouth healthy.
Traditional dentures are a thing of the past – implant dentures are the future.
If you wear dentures, you’ll know how painful and irritating they can be at the best of times. The problem with conventional dentures is that they have no tooth roots, which ultimately means that bone loss is inevitable.
When you lose bone in your jaw, you risk teeth shifting out of place, facial sagging, and ill-fitting dentures. Bite the bullet and opt for implants that restore your chewing ability, speech and confidence.
If you choose to have all your top or bottom teeth replaced with dental implants at Maida Smiles Clinic, you can expect the big day to go like this:
However, you can treat your implants just like natural teeth after this.

Whether you need an implant placed for single tooth loss or multiple tooth loss, the Maida Smiles cosmetic team in London can help ensure your implants blend flawlessly with existing teeth.
All-on-4 are a full set of implants that are designed to replace an entire arch of teeth using only 4 implant screws. They are a permanent set of teeth set on dental implants and surgically placed into your jaw. They are often a more permanent and natural-looking alternative to dentures. Implants often require patients to undergo bone grafting, however, the All-on-4 procedure reduces the need for bone grafting. All-on-4 is an amazing tool for many people to restore an entire arch of teeth simply within a budget set of only 4 implants.
Dental implants are widely recognised as the most durable and stable solution for tooth loss. All-on-4 dental implants differ from removable dentures because they are a permanent fixed solution for severely damaged or missing teeth. These implants are secured directly into your own jaw. This ensures that they not only feel right but also function just like natural teeth.
The All-on-4 dental implant solution has been developed in order to simplify the treatment for those suffering from tooth loss, periodontal disease, and/or bone atrophy. With All-on-4 solution, your overall health is restored with an efficient, time effective, and cost-friendly solution.
The All-on-4 solution can be a better option than other alternatives because it:
All-on-4 dental implants offer the following benefits:
Typical healing times are between 3 and 5 months; this allows the implant to attach to the bone safely and securely.
However, the length can vary and depend on the quality of the bone present. We will be able to be much more specific during an implant consultation.
Unfortunately, dental implants do not always last an entire lifetime.
Literature studies have shown that dental implants have a 98% success rate! This means that the vast majority of dental implants will be integrated by the patient own body and utilised to support a comfortable tooth/teeth restoration.
With good oral hygiene habits, proper care and regular Oral Hygiene visits most dental professionals can agree that the lifespan of the All-on-4 implants to be of about a solid 10-25 years margin.
