- All-on-4 dental implant treatment is charged from £16,000.
- £16,000 on dental finance (0%) would cost £1,333.33 per month.
- By part paying, you can pay an £8,000 deposit (upfront) and use the 12 months interest-free to pay the remaining £8,000 – charged at £666.66 per month.

One of our dentists, like Dr Pedro Gutierres, will assess your mouth to ensure you are a viable candidate for the procedure during the consultation.
If so, we will discuss the treatment in detail and highlight other comparable alternative options.
Creating your new teeth
Once you’re happy to go ahead, we will send scans to a unique laboratory, where your new custom teeth will be specially sculpted.
Patients can rely on their new set of teeth will look incredible thanks to the technicians’ high-quality materials, equipment, and skill.
The Life-Changing Full Arch Implantation
The All-On-Four Procedure:
If you have any remaining teeth, Dr Pedro Gutierres will remove them and drill four holes into your jaw to implant four small titanium screws.
Dr Gutierres will then attach the posts (attachments) and secure the crown with a resin overdenture, which looks and feels just like natural teeth, just lighter.
Patients should bear in mind that this will not be the final step – even with All-on-4, we will need to wait up to six months for the implant site to heal and for the titanium screw to fuse with the surrounding bone before we make the final restoration.
That said, patients choosing to have full mouth implants with us will leave on the same day with fixed teeth. Occasionally, we may provide temporary dentures following the implant insertion.
However, you will need to take careful care of your oral condition and implants during this time. No special care is required – but the dentist will advise on the best next steps for keeping your mouth healthy.

- We will then sedate you, which is entirely pain-free and either begin extracting teeth or placing the implants.
- Each jaw will take roughly 2 hours.
- Afternoon: You’ll be returned to our comfortable private patient suite, where you’ll be able to relax and recover while your bespoke prosthesis is made ready.
- Late afternoon: We will pace your prosthetic teeth restoration, and that’s it! You’ll be ready to leave with your first set of fixed teeth and return to receive the final set a few weeks later.
