The treatment is a restorative solution for edentulous patients (total tooth loss), where only four implants can support an entire fixed prosthesis of teeth.

One arch of All-on-Four can hold up to 14 teeth, which means we can rehabilitate an entire jaw of missing teeth in just a few hours.

All-on-Four is the only permanent, fixed full-arch treatment that has more than 18 years of success and has transformed millions of patients’ smiles worldwide – including a few hundred of our own here in London.

Are you a good candidate for All on Four?

The All-on method is ideal for any patient looking to make the step from traditional dentures to something more stable, secure, and longer-lasting.

Likely candidates:

  • Been told that dentures are your only option
  • Have an insufficient amount of bone in the jaw
  • Suffered from gum disease, causing teeth to fall out
  • Have extensive dental work such as crowns and bridges that are failing
  • Experiencing extensive tooth loss or having no teeth at all

However, while the Teeth in a Day method is a hugely popular treatment, that does not mean that it’s always suitable for everyone.

Our implant dentist can go through considerations and help you understand what the process will involve before you commence treatment.

Has your dentist told you that you're not suitable for implants?

While we’re sure your dentist is very knowledgeable, we can take on highly complex edentulous cases and have achieved great success with patients who have previously been told ‘no.’

We are confident that we can help, even if you’re at-home dentist says that you do not have enough jawbones.

The problem with regular dentures

image of our dental practice

If you wear dentures, you’ll know how painful and irritating they can be at the best of times.

The problem with conventional dentures is that they have no tooth roots, which ultimately means that bone loss is inevitable.

When you lose bone in your jaw, you risk teeth shifting out of place, facial sagging, and ill-fitting dentures.

And then the choice is yours; either put up with poorly fitting dentures and pay for frequent replacements or bite the bullet and opt for implants that can restore your chewing ability, speech and confidence.

Full arch rehabilitation with a graftless, revolutionary procedure

Before booking you for the big day, we’ll invite you to our London practice in W9 to undergo an implant consultation with one of our very best surgeons.

The consultation

One of our dentists, like Dr Pedro Gutierres, will assess your mouth to ensure you are a viable candidate for the procedure during the consultation.

If so, we will then discuss the treatment in detail and highlight other alternatives but comparable options.

Creating your new teeth

Once you’re happy to go ahead, we will send scans to a unique laboratory, where your new custom teeth will be specially sculpted.

Patients can rely on their new set of teeth will look incredible thanks to the technicians’ high-quality materials, equipment, and skill.

The life-changing implantation

If you have any remaining teeth, Dr Pedro Gutierres will remove them and drill four holes into your jaw to allow small titanium screws to be implanted.

We will attach the posts (attachments), which we will then crown with a resin overdenture, which looks and feels just like natural teeth, just lighter.

Patients should bear in mind that this will not be the final step – even with All-on-4, we will need to wait up to six months for the implant site to heal and for the titanium screw to fuse with the surrounding bone.

You will need to take careful care of your oral condition and implants during this time.

When you choose to have full mouth implants with us, you will be leaving on the same day with fixed teeth.

On some rare occasions, it may be that we have to provide temporary dentures following the implant insertion.

Patient timeline

If you choose to have all your top or bottom teeth replaced with dental implants at Maida Smiles Clinic, you can expect the big day to go like this:

Morning: You will likely arrive at our practice at around 8 am, where you will be taken to your private patient suite.

We will then sedate you, which is entirely pain-free and either begin extracting teeth or placing the implants.

Each jaw will take roughly 2 hours.

Afternoon: You’ll be returned to our comfortable private patient suite, where you’ll be able to relax and recover while your bespoke prosthesis is made ready.

Late afternoon: We will pace your prosthetic teeth restoration, and that’s it! You’ll be ready to leave with your first set of fixed teeth and return to receive the final set a few weeks later.

However, you can treat your implants just like natural teeth after this.

Put an end to worrying about your teeth

The patient-friendly procedure is often one of the least expensive implant treatments compared to conventional implant options.

Using only four implants that hold an entire arch of fake teeth, patients can save money by opting for the hybrid denture than replacing every missing tooth.

The cost of the surgery can depend because even though All-on-4 uses four implants, we might recommend six (All on Six) for added stability.

The cost of All on Four

As a rough estimation, patients can expect their treatment to cost £10,000, inclusive of the implants, post, modern dentures, and the clinician and specialist laboratory time.

Here at Maida Smiles, we also charge for consultations with our implant dentist, Dr Gutierres, because he is in high demand.

His time is precious when advising on complex cases that require the All-on-4 method and other preliminary work.

Instead, we would meet straight with the dentist than one of our treatment coordinators, which you can meet with for free as you will gain a better, faster understanding of dental implants and how they can work for you.

Spread the cost with 0% finance.

Frequent Questions

What are All on 4 dental implants?

All-on-4 dental implants are a full set of implants that are designed to replace an entire arch of teeth using only 4 implant screws. They are a permanent set of teeth set on dental implants and surgically placed into your jaw. They are often a more permanent and natural-looking alternative to dentures. Dental implants often require patients to undergo bone grafting, however, the All-on-4 procedure reduces the need for bone grafting. All-on-4 is an amazing tool for many people to restore an entire arch of teeth simply within a budget set of only 4 implants.

Dental implants are widely recognised as the most durable and stable solution for tooth loss. All-on-4 dental implants differ from removable dentures because they are a permanent fixed solution for severely damaged or missing teeth. These implants are secured directly into your own jaw. This ensures that they not only feel right but also function just like natural teeth.

Why choose All-on-4 dental implants?

The All-on-4 dental implant solution has been developed in order to simplify the treatment for those suffering from tooth loss, periodontal disease, and/or bone atrophy. With All-on-4 solution, your overall health is restored with an efficient, time effective, and cost-friendly solution.

The All-on-4 dental implant solution can be a better option than other alternatives because it:

Is a more permanent and natural-looking option

Has a lower cost than some other conventional implant procedures with higer implant fixture units.

All-on-4 dental implants offer the following benefits:
