Implants | Dental Implant Costs
As all of our implant dentists, like Dr Pedro Gutierresis, are in high demand, we charge £95 for our dental implant consultations. A deposit will be taken and refunded on attendance.
However, we understand that not all patients wish to pay for a consultation with the implant dentist himself, so if you prefer a short, free consultation you can book one of these with our treatment coordinator, who can answer any questions you might have about the procedure.
We want our patients to bear in mind that the cost of dental implants varies where you are in the UK.
London, in particular, can boast higher prices, but it depends on the practice, the type of implants offered and the final restoration choice.
For example, completing a dental implant restoration with porcelain crowns will produce a more natural-looking result that lasts longer but for a higher price.
Another critical factor is that quoting one official price is a challenge. Each patient’s mouth is unique and may require additional procedures like sinus lifts or periodontal work to ensure the mouth is fit and healthy for implants.
If you’re interested in dental implants and are serious about getting them, it would be better to consult with one of our dentists. From here, we can out-forward a treatment plan to outline specific costs and, at the same time, possibly work out an affordable, monthly payment plan to help you spread the cost (interest-free).
Costing more than traditional replacement methods like dental bridges or dentures, dental implants actually work to restore more than just gaps in your mouth – they preserve vital bone quality in your jaw, which further supports oral and facial structures.
Whilst dental implant costs vary around London, we price ours with one all-inclusive fee, so there are no nasty surprises.
And with several implant-based systems available here at Maida Smiles, London, there are multiple ways we can make your treatment more affordable.
Here at Maida Smiles in W9, our ethos is simplicity – this way our patients can understand clearly exactly what’s being offered to them.
With our dental implants, we have put together one all-inclusive cost for your treatment which includes:
When not using finance, you would be expected to pay 50% upfront (£1,250) and the remaining 50% three months later (after the implant has healed).
Single implant prices: Our single implants are competitively priced, charging only £2,500, including the implant, abutment, crown, x-rays, appointments and more. If you have two adjacent missing teeth, it is possible that we can close the gap using just one implant, reducing the cost per tooth.
Multiple implant fees (separate areas): The cost will be £2,500 per implant device we use. In the case of multiple missing teeth in several areas around the mouth, we have in the past been able to offer package prices to reduce the overall cost.
All-on-Four costs (entire arch): Prices start from £16,000. The All-on-Four method undeniably has the highest price tag, but this is because of the skill, the technique used and the fact that they can be placed in a single day. The cost in this instance will include all your appointments, x-rays, implants, screws, prosthetics and temporary teeth. All-on-4 is a graftless procedure, which means pre-implant systems like bone grafts will not be necessary.

If you’ve been wearing dentures for some time, you likely have minimal jawbone and poor gum health, two severe conditions that can prevent you from receiving dental implants.
As dental implants require a sufficient amount of bone to secure the implant, any problems with your teeth, gums or jawbone will need to be rectified before the placement of implants.
One dental implant:
A loan of £2,500.00 over 12 months would cost you £208.33 monthly at a representative 0.0% APR.
Multiple missing teeth (four teeth):
A loan of £5,000.00 over 12 months would cost you £416.66 per month at a representative 0.0% APR.
While other alternative treatments to dental implants might seem more affordable, when you look at the prices for, say, treatments like bridges and dentures and consider how they worsen the oral condition, they don’t always seem worth it.
Say, for example, ten years down the line; you hate your dentures, or your bridge needs replacing, and you reconsider dental implants, it’s likely that you will have to undergo pre-implant procedures at an additional cost as these traditional tooth replacements have done nothing to strengthen your oral condition.
For example, dentures make decrease bone strength and dental bridges decay teeth.
But ultimately, you have to make the choice that’s right for you. If you need us, you know where we are. Contact us here.
