Tooth Extraction Recovery
Returning to normal habits after extraction may seem tempting, but what’s most important for patients is understanding the dos and don’ts that may speed up or slow down the healing process.

- Stay away from any drinking or smoking for at least 24 hours after the treatment
- Drinking through straws might create a blood clot, which may dislodge the blood clot
- Take time to rest!
