An infection occurs when bacteria build up around the implant site, and the body cannot control it. This condition is often referred to as peri-implantitis when it affects the tissues supporting the implant.

I have quite sensitive teeth near my gums and I can find the probing and investigation quite uncomfortable during a consultation, but this wasn’t the case at all. I didn’t experience discomfort and felt in very safe hands. This also applied to the hygienist work. I didn’t even have to ask Priscilla to avoid using the ultra sound cleaner on the sensitive areas of my teeth.
