Cobalt Chrome Dentures

While other alternative treatments to dental implants might seem more affordable, when you look at the prices for, say, treatments like bridges and dentures and consider how they worsen the oral condition, they don’t always seem worth it.

Say, for example, ten years down the line, you hate your dentures or your bridge needs replacing, and you reconsider dental implants. It’s likely that you will have to undergo pre-implant procedures at an additional cost.

One question we often get asked is, “Are dental implants cheaper abroad?” The answer is yes, but we have had many patients for whom we had to remove poorly placed implants, so we would urge you to reconsider.

But ultimately, you have to make the right choice for you. If you need us, you know where we are. Contact us here.

Guide to dental implant costs - everything you need to know

2025 pricing

What's included in your fee?

We have put together one all-inclusive dental implant package which includes:

  • The implant, the abutment and crown
  • All your appointments, x-rays, impressions and aftercare
  • Any adjustments and corrections

Paying monthly

One Dental Implant:
£2,500 (includes implant post and crown)

Payment Options:

  • 12 months (0% APR): £208.33 per month
  • 24 months (9.9% APR): £114.54 per month.
  • 36 months (9.9% APR): £80.31 per month.

A loan of £2,500 over 12 months would cost you £208.33 per month at 0.0% APR.

When not using finance, you would be expected to pay 50% upfront (£1,250) and the remaining 50% three months later (after the implant has healed).

Costs per implant type

Single implant prices: Our single implants are competitively priced, charging only £2,500, including the implant, abutment, crown, x-rays, appointments and more. If you have two adjacent missing teeth, it is possible that we can close the gap using just one implant, reducing the cost per tooth.

Multiple implant fees (separate areas): The cost will be £2,500 per implant device we use. In the case of multiple missing teeth in several areas around the mouth, we have in the past been able to offer package prices to reduce the overall cost.

All-on-Four costs (entire arch): Prices start from £16,000. The All-on-Four method undeniably has the highest price tag, but this is because of the skill, the technique used and the fact that they can be placed in a single day. The cost in this instance will include all your appointments, x-rays, implants, screws, prosthetics and temporary teeth. All-on-4 is a graftless procedure, which means pre-implant systems like bone grafts will not be necessary.

Consultation fees

As all of our implant dentists, like Dr Pedro Gutierres, are in high demand, we charge £115 for our dental implant consultations. A deposit will be taken and refunded on attendance.

However, we understand that not all patients wish to pay for a consultation with the implant dentist himself, so if you prefer a short, free consultation, you can book one of these with our treatment coordinator, who can answer any questions you might have about the procedure.

Take advantage of a free consultation. Read more about what you receive.

What might affect the price?

We want our patients to bear in mind that the cost of dental implants varies where you are in the UK.

London, in particular, can boast higher prices, but it depends on the practice, the type of implants offered and the final restoration choice.

For example, completing a dental implant restoration with porcelain crowns will produce a more natural-looking result that lasts longer but for a higher price.

Another critical factor is that quoting one official price is a challenge. Each patient’s mouth is unique and may require additional procedures like sinus lifts or periodontal work to ensure the mouth is fit and healthy for implants.

If you’re interested in dental implants and are serious about getting them, it would be better to consult with one of our dentists.

From here, we can out-forward a treatment plan to outline specific costs and, at the same time, possibly work out an affordable, monthly payment plan to help you spread the cost (interest-free).

Potential additional costs

If you’ve been wearing dentures for some time, you likely have minimal jawbone and poor gum health, two severe conditions that can prevent you from receiving dental implants.

As dental implants require a sufficient amount of bone to secure the implant, any problems with your teeth, gums or jawbone will need to be rectified before the placement of implants. Learn more.
